Wash and scrub 2–3 medium potatoes
Cut each potato into wedge shapes
Soak wedges in cold water for 20–30 minutes
Drain and pat wedges completely dry
Toss wedges with 1–2 tablespoons oil
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and any preferred seasonings
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
Place wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket
Air fry for 15–20 minutes
Shake the basket halfway through cooking
Cook until golden and crispy
Serve immediately
