How to Make Baked Potato Chips?

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)

Wash and scrub the potatoes

Pat the potatoes dry

Slice the potatoes very thinly

Soak the slices in cold water for 20 to 30 minutes

Drain the slices and pat them completely dry

Toss the slices with a little oil and salt

Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet

Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through

Remove the chips when they are golden and crisp

Let them cool before serving
