Pick fresh flowers that are dry and free of moisture
Remove any damaged petals or leaves
Place the flowers between two sheets of absorbent paper
Put the paper and flowers inside a heavy book or flower press
Add more books or weight on top if needed
Leave them pressed for 1 to 3 weeks
Check the flowers carefully after drying
Remove them gently with tweezers or clean hands
Store the pressed flowers in a dry, flat place
Use them for crafts, cards, or framing
