Clean and dry the skin area
Choose a design and print or draw it on paper
Use temporary tattoo paper or tracing paper
Cut out the design close to the edges
Place the design face down on the skin
Press a damp cloth or sponge over the back of the paper
Hold it in place for 20 to 30 seconds
Carefully peel off the paper
Let the tattoo dry completely
Apply a light dusting of translucent powder if needed
Use makeup sealer or hairspray to help it last longer
Remove with soap, warm water, and oil or makeup remover
