Quarry limestone, clay, and other raw materials
Crush and mix the raw materials in the correct proportions
Grind the mixture into a fine raw meal
Preheat the raw meal in a preheater tower
Feed the preheated material into a rotary kiln
Heat the kiln to form clinker
Cool the clinker rapidly
Add gypsum and any other required additives
Grind the clinker and additives into fine cement powder
Store the cement in silos
Package or transport the finished cement
