Pat the steak dry
Mix marinade ingredients

Place steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish
Pour marinade over the steak
Coat the steak evenly
Refrigerate while marinating
Marinate for 30 minutes to 24 hours
Avoid marinating too long in strong acid
Turn the steak occasionally
Remove steak from marinade
Discard used marinade
Pat steak dry before cooking
