Leave the corn in its husk or wrap it in a damp paper towel
Place it on a microwave-safe plate
Microwave on high for 2 to 4 minutes for one ear
Add 1 to 2 minutes for each additional ear
Let it sit for 1 minute after microwaving
Carefully remove the husk or paper towel
Cut off the stem end if needed
Hold the corn with a towel and serve
