Gather sturdy boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, and tape
Reinforce the bottom of each box with extra tape
Wrap each wine glass individually in packing paper
Add a layer of bubble wrap around each wrapped glass
Stuff the inside of each glass with crumpled paper or soft packing material
Tape the wrapping securely so it stays in place
Place a cushion of crumpled paper or foam at the bottom of the box
Pack glasses upright, not stacked or laid on their sides
Separate each glass with plenty of paper, cardboard dividers, or bubble wrap
Fill all empty spaces in the box with packing material
Keep glasses snug so they cannot shift during transport
Place heavier items at the bottom and lighter items on top if sharing a box
Close the box and tape all seams securely
Label the box as Fragile and This Side Up
Test the box gently to make sure nothing moves inside
