Gather nail polish remover, cotton pads, nail clippers, nail file, cuticle pusher, base coat, nail polish, top coat, and toe separators
Remove any old polish
Wash and dry your feet
Trim toenails straight across
File the edges smooth
Push back cuticles gently
Apply toe separators if needed
Apply a thin base coat
Let the base coat dry
Apply the first thin coat of polish
Let it dry
Apply a second thin coat of polish
Let it dry
Apply a top coat
Let it dry completely
Clean any polish off the skin with a cotton swab and remover
Wait before putting on shoes or socks
