Use numbered tiles in four colors: red, blue, yellow, and black
Each player starts with 14 tiles
Place all tiles face down and shuffle them
Draw one tile each to decide who goes first; highest number starts
On your first turn, make an initial meld totaling at least 30 points using only tiles from your rack
A meld can be either three or four tiles of the same number in different colors
A meld can also be a run of three or more consecutive numbers in the same color
After your first meld, you may add tiles to any meld on the table
You may also rearrange tiles on the table to create new valid melds
At the end of your turn, you must leave all tiles on the table in valid melds
If you cannot play, draw one tile and end your turn
The Joker can represent any tile
A Joker can be replaced by the exact tile it represents, then reused immediately
The first player to use all their tiles wins
If the draw pile is empty and no one can play, the player with the fewest points in hand wins
Count remaining tiles in hand as penalty points at the end of the game
