Shuffle the deck and deal all cards evenly to all players
Keep your cards face down in a stack
Each player flips the top card at the same time
The highest card wins the round
Aces are high
If two or more cards are tied for highest, declare war
In war, each tied player places three cards face down and one card face up
Compare the new face-up cards
The highest face-up card wins all cards in the war
If there is another tie, repeat war
The winner takes all cards from the round and places them at the bottom of their stack
Keep playing until one player has all the cards
The player with all the cards wins
