Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader
Select File
Select Print
In the Print dialog, choose Document and Markups or Document and Comments
If available, enable Summarize Comments
Choose your printer and print settings
Click Print
If using another PDF viewer, look for an option such as Print with comments, Markups, or Annotations
If comments do not appear, check the print settings for annotation or markup options before printing
