Open the PDF in a PDF editor that supports form fields and signatures
Select the signature field or signature appearance
Delete the signature field if the PDF is still editable and you have permission
Clear the signature appearance from the document properties or form field settings
Save the PDF as a new file
If the PDF is digitally signed and locked, remove the signature only by reverting to the unsigned original
If you do not have permission to alter the signed PDF, request a new unsigned copy from the sender
Use an editor with certificate or signature management tools if the signature must be removed legally and properly
