Keep the medium lightly moist, not soggy
Change water regularly if rooting in water
Wait for roots to develop before transplanting
Plant the rooted cutting in a small pot with well-draining soil
Water lightly after potting
Propagate by leaf cuttings for some Peperomia types
Divide mature plants during repotting if multiple crowns are present
