Download or create a Minecraft skin file in PNG format
Go to the official Minecraft website and sign in to your account
Open your profile or skin settings page
Choose the option to upload a new skin
Select the skin PNG file from your computer
Choose the correct model type if prompted
Save or confirm the changes
Open Minecraft PC and log in
Start the game to use the new skin
