Wash and dry your hands
Check that the contact lens is right-side out
Place the lens on the tip of your index finger
Hold your upper eyelid open with your other hand
Pull down your lower eyelid with the middle finger of the hand holding the lens
Look straight ahead or slightly upward
Gently place the lens on the center of your eye
Release your eyelids slowly
Blink a few times
Repeat for the other eye
Remove and rinse the lens if it feels uncomfortable
Follow your eye care provider’s instructions for cleaning and wear time
