Wash your hands
Unwrap the pad
Peel off the backing paper
Place the sticky side onto the center of your underwear
Press it down firmly
If the pad has wings, fold them around the sides of your underwear and press them together underneath
Adjust the pad so it sits comfortably
Change the pad regularly
Wrap used pads in toilet paper or the wrapper and throw them in the trash
Wash your hands again
