Submerge the bag in cold water
Change the water every 30 minutes
Use a microwave defrost setting if cooking immediately after
Separate chops as soon as they loosen during thawing
Cook immediately after thawing in cold water or microwave
Keep pork chops refrigerated if using a longer thaw method
