Wash your hands first
Use your fingertips, not your nails
Apply gentle pressure to the area between your eyebrows
Press the inner corners of your eyebrows
Massage the sides of your nose beside the nostrils
Press the cheek area under the eyes
Massage the temples in small circles
Press the area just behind the cheekbones
Gently massage the bridge of the nose
Use slow circular motions for 30 to 60 seconds
Repeat light pressure several times a day
Stop if pain increases
Avoid pressing too hard
Seek medical care if symptoms are severe or persistent
