Unplug the Christmas lights
Locate the fuse compartment on the plug
Slide open the fuse cover
Remove the old fuse
Check the fuse type and rating
Insert a new fuse with the same rating
Close the fuse cover securely
Plug the lights back in
Test the lights to confirm they work
