Back up any important data first
Open Settings
Tap General management
Tap Reset
Tap Factory data reset
Review the information shown
Tap Reset
Enter your PIN, password, or pattern if prompted
Tap Delete all
Wait for the tablet to restart and complete the reset
If the tablet is frozen or you cannot access Settings, power it off
Press and hold the correct button combination for your model to enter Recovery Mode
Use the volume buttons to select Wipe data/factory reset
Press the Power button to confirm
Select Factory data reset
Select Reboot system now after the reset finishes
