If Find My iPad is enabled, go to iCloud.com/find on another device and erase the iPad remotely
Sign in with the Apple ID linked to the iPad
Select the iPad from the device list
Choose Erase iPad
If the iPad is on the lock screen and you see Erase iPad or Forgot Passcode, tap it
Enter the Apple ID password when prompted
If you cannot use Find My or Forgot Passcode, contact Apple Support
If Activation Lock appears after reset, enter the Apple ID and password previously used on the iPad
