Unplug the washer from the power outlet
Wait 1 minute
Plug the washer back in
Open and close the lid 6 times within 12 seconds
If the washer has a control lock, press and hold the Control Lock button for 3 seconds
Press and hold the Start/Pause button for 3 to 5 seconds
Turn the cycle selector knob to the Off position
Select a new cycle and press Start
If the washer still does not reset, unplug it for 5 minutes and try again
