Unbutton the cuffs
Unbutton the sleeve placket if needed
Fold the cuff back once to the inside
Roll the sleeve upward evenly
Keep each fold about the same width
Continue rolling until you reach the desired height
Smooth out any wrinkles
Adjust both sleeves to match the same length
