Soften spring roll wrappers if needed
Place one wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape
Put filling near the bottom corner
Fold the bottom corner over the filling
Fold in the left and right corners
Roll upward tightly
Brush the top corner with water or beaten egg
Seal the roll
Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling
