Press PrtScn to copy the entire screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows key + PrtScn to save a full-screen screenshot to the Pictures > Screenshots folder
Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select part of the screen
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu to capture a screenshot
Use the Snip & Sketch app if available
Paste the screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V
On some laptops, press Fn + PrtScn instead of PrtScn
On some keyboards, use Windows key + Fn + PrtScn if needed
