How to Search in a Excel Sheet?

Press Ctrl + F to open the Find box

Type the word, number, or phrase you want to search

Press Enter or click Find Next

Use Find All to see every matching result

Click Options to search within a sheet or the entire workbook

Choose Match case if you want exact capitalization

Choose Match entire cell contents if you want an exact match

Use Ctrl + H to search and replace text

Use the filter option to search specific rows or columns

Use the Search box in the Name Box to jump to a cell reference or named range
