Open Google Maps in a web browser
Search for the location you want to view
Click Street View if available
Use the clock icon or “See more dates” option in Street View
Select an older image date from the timeline
Use Google Earth Pro to view historical imagery
Install and open Google Earth Pro on your computer
Search for the location in Google Earth Pro
Click the clock icon in the toolbar
Move the timeline slider to view older satellite images
Use the Wayback Machine to check archived map pages
Search for saved screenshots or cached map images online
Check Google Maps Timeline if you want your own past location history
Open Google Maps on your phone
Tap your profile picture
Select Timeline
Choose a date to view past places and routes
Use third-party historical map services if Google Maps does not show older imagery
