Open your Phone app
Tap the More options button (three dots) or Settings
Tap Voicemail or Voicemail settings
Tap Set up voicemail
Enter your voicemail number if prompted
Tap Save
Choose an option to record your greeting (default or custom)
Record your greeting and tap Save
If prompted, enter a voicemail password or PIN
Tap Save
Test voicemail by calling your own number from another phone and leaving a message
If voicemail doesn’t work, contact your carrier for voicemail activation and the correct voicemail number/PIN steps
