Trim the stems

Store in the refrigerator
Keep away from excess moisture
Change the paper towel if it becomes wet
Use within 1 to 2 weeks
Freeze for longer storage
Strip leaves and freeze in a sealed bag
Dry rosemary for pantry storage
Hang bundles upside down in a cool, dark place
