Sweep or vacuum the concrete surface
Test a small hidden area first
Apply a concrete-safe paint stripper
Let the stripper sit for the recommended time
Scrape softened paint with a putty knife or floor scraper
Scrub remaining paint with a stiff-bristle brush
Rinse the area with water
Repeat the process if needed
Use a pressure washer for stubborn residue if appropriate
Neutralize the surface if the stripper requires it
Allow the concrete to dry completely
Wear gloves, eye protection, and a respirator if needed
