Select the range of cells you want to switch
Copy the selected cells
Click the cell where you want the transposed data to start
Right-click and choose Paste Special
Check Transpose
Click OK
If needed, use the Transpose function with a formula instead
Enter =TRANSPOSE(range) in a blank area
Press Enter if using a dynamic array version of Excel
Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter if using an older version of Excel
Copy the transposed results and paste as values if you want to remove the formula
