Wash and dry your hands
Look up and pull down your lower eyelid
Use your other hand to gently slide the contact lens down to the white part of your eye
Pinch the lens gently between your thumb and index finger
Remove the lens from your eye
Repeat for the other eye
Place the lenses in fresh contact solution if you are storing them
Dispose of daily disposable lenses after removal
Wash your hands again after handling the lenses
