Hold the sheet behind your back with the top edge at chest level
Bring one corner across the front of your body and over one shoulder
Wrap the rest of the sheet around your back and under the opposite arm
Bring it across the front again and tuck it into the waistband or under the folded top edge
Adjust the drape so one shoulder is covered and the other side hangs freely
Pin or knot the fabric at the shoulder if needed for security
Smooth out the folds and shorten the hem by folding the top edge down until it fits
Secure any loose sections with safety pins if desired
Add a belt or rope around the waist to hold the toga in place
Make final adjustments so the fabric hangs evenly and stays comfortable
