Press the Settings button on the LG remote
Go to All Settings
Select Accessibility
Turn off Voice Guide
Turn off Audio Guidance
Turn off TalkBack if it is enabled
Go to Sound
Turn off Sound Out voice features if applicable
Press the Mute button if the TV is speaking through audio output
Check the TV remote for a microphone or voice assistant button and disable voice assistant features if needed
Restart the TV after changing the settings
