Brush your teeth before use
Open the strip package with dry hands
Peel the strip from the backing liner
Apply the gel side to your teeth
Align the strip with your gumline
Press the strip gently to fit your teeth
Fold any excess strip behind your teeth
Leave the strips on for the recommended time on the package
Remove the strips after the time is up
Discard the used strips
Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking while wearing the strips
Do not brush immediately after use unless the package says to do so
Use the strips only for the number of days directed on the package
Follow the product instructions exactly
Stop use and contact a dentist if you have irritation or pain
