Clean and dry your skin
Bend your knee slightly
Cut the KT tape into the needed strips
Round the tape corners
Anchor the first strip below the knee without stretch
Apply the middle of the strip with light stretch
Finish the ends without stretch
Place additional strips as needed for support
Rub the tape to activate the adhesive
Check that the tape feels snug but not tight
Remove the tape if you feel pain, numbness, or skin irritation
