Check the product instructions before use

Open the spermicide package carefully
Insert the spermicide into the vagina as directed
Use it before vaginal intercourse, following the timing on the package
Apply the correct amount for each act of intercourse
Reapply if the product instructions say to do so
Use a new dose each time you have intercourse
Do not use it past the expiration date
Store it as directed on the package
Stop using it and seek medical advice if you have irritation or an allergic reaction
