Rinse the bike with low-pressure water
Shift to the smallest rear cog and smallest front chainring
Remove loose dirt with a soft brush or sponge
Clean the frame with bike-safe soap and water
Scrub the drivetrain with a degreaser and brush
Clean the chain, cassette, chainrings, and derailleurs
Rinse off soap and degreaser thoroughly
Dry the bike with a clean microfiber cloth
Wipe the chain and apply lubricant
Wipe off excess lubricant
Clean the brakes and rims or rotors carefully
Check for any remaining dirt or water in tight areas
Inspect the bike for wear or damage after washing
