Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased foil
Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter
Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Add lemon juice or lemon slices on top
Sprinkle with parsley or your preferred herbs
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork
Check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C)
Serve immediately with your choice of sides
