Turn on the TV and Samsung soundbar
Press the Source button on the soundbar or remote
Select the connection method you want to use
For HDMI ARC or eARC, connect an HDMI cable from the TV ARC/eARC port to the soundbar HDMI OUT port
On the TV, enable HDMI ARC/eARC in Sound settings
Set the TV audio output to HDMI ARC/eARC
For optical, connect an optical cable from the TV Optical Out port to the soundbar Optical In port
Set the TV audio output to Optical
For Bluetooth, put the soundbar in Bluetooth pairing mode
On the TV, open Bluetooth settings
Select the Samsung soundbar from the device list
Confirm pairing if prompted
For Wi-Fi, open the SmartThings app
Add the soundbar and TV to the app
Follow the on-screen steps to link them
Test the connection by playing audio on the TV
Adjust the TV volume and soundbar volume as needed
