Turn on Allow Others to Join
Set a Wi-Fi password
Make sure Cellular Data is turned on
Confirm your Verizon plan supports Personal Hotspot
If Personal Hotspot is missing, restart your phone
If needed, update carrier settings
Connect other devices using the hotspot name and password
