Bring a large pot of water to a boil
Add the Chinese noodles
Stir gently to prevent sticking
Cook according to the package instructions
Taste for doneness near the end of cooking
Drain the noodles in a colander
Rinse with cold water if using for stir-fry or salad
Toss with a little oil to prevent sticking
Add to soup, stir-fry, or serve with sauce
