Use a flexible measuring tape
Open your hand and relax your fingers
Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hand, excluding the thumb
Measure around the knuckles and palm
Keep the tape snug but not tight
Record the measurement in inches or centimeters
Compare the measurement to the glove size chart
If between sizes, choose the larger size
