Open Facebook and log in
Go to the profile of the person you sent the request to
Click Sent Request
Select Cancel Request
Confirm if prompted
On mobile, tap the person’s profile, then tap Friends or Request Sent, and choose Cancel Request
To cancel multiple requests, go to your sent requests list and remove each one individually
