2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup plain yogurt or milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
Add yogurt or milk and olive oil
Stir until a dough forms
Knead for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth
Add a little more flour if sticky
Roll out on a floured surface
Add toppings and bake at 450°F for 12 to 15 minutes
