3 1/2 cups all-purpose or bread flour
1 packet active dry yeast
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl
Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until foamy
Add flour, salt, and olive oil
Mix until a dough forms
Knead on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl
Cover and let rise for 1 to 2 hours until doubled
Punch down the dough
Shape into a pizza crust
Add toppings and bake
