Pat the chicken tenders dry
Set up three shallow bowls
Put flour in the first bowl
Beat eggs in the second bowl
Put breadcrumbs or panko in the third bowl
Season each layer as desired
Dredge each tender in flour
Dip the floured tender in egg
Coat the tender in breadcrumbs
Press the coating on firmly
Place breaded tenders on a clean plate or tray
Repeat with all tenders
Cook as desired
