Place the thighs on a baking sheet or in a baking dish
Brush or drizzle with oil
Season with salt, pepper, and any desired spices
Arrange in a single layer with space between pieces
Bake for 18 to 25 minutes
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Broil for 1 to 3 minutes if you want more browning
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes
Serve warm
