Open the Facebook app
Tap the Menu icon
Go to Settings & privacy
Tap Settings
Open Activity log
Select Logged actions and other activity
Tap Reels watched or Videos watched
Find the reel you want to remove
Tap the three dots next to it
Select Delete or Remove from activity log
Confirm the action if prompted
Repeat for any other watched reels you want to delete
